MAFI is a web plataform composed by independant microdocumentaries that ponder about Chile’s current state. The work format is simple: a stil camara with a fixed composition, short duration and clean direct sound recording. The objective is to capture fragments of the national contingency, and with these to create a filmic map of our reality. These films, from all over Chile, marked by the personal views of the authors presented in clean and highly estimulating images offer the viewer a space to reflect and discuss our history, present and times ahead.
